Trader Joe’s Chile and Onion Tortilla (yes, I love these even though they are white flour), black beans (freshly prepared by me–with cumin, onion powder, chile powder, garlic powder, Trader Joe’s Jabanero Hot Sauce, Trader Joe’s Jalapeno Pepper Hot Sauce, Trader Joe’s Tomatillo & Roasted Yellow Chili Salsa, turmeric, paprika, white pepper, nutritional yeast), tomatoes, black olives, onion and last but not least, avocado.
Healthy Hypocrite Tip: Wear sunglasses while chopping onions to keep from crying. Yes, I know you can chop them in a mechanical chopper too, but I kind of like to chop some veggies old style.
