What’s In My Tortilla Tonight? Late Night Easy Version!


No photo of this one, forgive me.  It’s not all that pretty anyway and it’s late.

I’m keeping it simple with a Trader Joe’s Brown Rice Tortilla with spicy hummus, quinoa, Trader Joe’s Vegan Mozzarella Style Shreds, avocado, Trader Joe’s Tomatillo and Roasted Yellow Pepper Salsa, white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and my secret no-salt seasoning blend.  And that is all.  Borderline hypocrite for sure.  Still healthier than what many people eat late night.
